Phillips Respironics newly released System One REMstar Pro with C-Flex CPAP Machine takes a smarter approach to the entire Sleep Management System. The new System One technologies like "Humidity Control with Dry Box" and "Resistance Control" - for use with any mask, are helping users achieve great results! The System One Pro CPAP Machine comes standard with carrying case, memory card, manuals and also with Respironics Performance Tubing.
Resistance Control
Whichever mask you choose to use, this machine will always provide optimal pressure. This is due to the "numbering system" - on all of the Respironics Masks there is a number based on certain resistance characteristics. Each number instructs the device to compensate for a different mask type ensuring consistent and reliable pressure with all of the benefits of flex technology.
Flex Technology
Flex Technology helps maintain effective therapy at very little pressure. If you are a new CPAP user you will find that the flex features provide airflow at the perfect pressure relief for every breath.
C-Flex offers pressure relief at exhalation. Pressure is lowered based on a breath per breath analysis and provides up to three levels of relief based on the patient's exhalation flow.
Encore Management and Reporting
The new System One uses a SD card for data collection. Prior to System One, patients were required to use a specialized card reader when uploading sleep data to a computer. Phillips Respironics has made this process easier by using the standard SD card giving the patient the ability to use any SD reader to update sleep data to the Encore Pro or Encore Anywhere software.
System One Humidity Control
System One is absolutely the first humidifier on the market that accounts for room humidity. Sensors inside and outside the machine closely monitor changes in humidity which prevents condensation from forming inside the tube.
Dry Box Technology is another major accomplishment in reducing water damage to the machine. Several unique designs are incorporated into the humidifier to prevent water from exiting the chamber. Also, the air outlet has been moved from the side of the machine to the top. The one way valve in the water chamber traps any water that does manage to escape.
